All Ages and Levels:

**NEW Gymnastics (in addition to “Tumbling”): All ages can register. [$80/mo]

Meets 1.5hr/week Learn beginner gymnastics techniques and fundamentals with tumbling skills for Levels 1-5. Your class will be determined by your skill level. Emphasis on form, flexibility, strength, and conditioning. All Parents and Students MUST sign a liability waiver form and statement for safety reasons. First couple weeks will be learning and training in safety. Great way to benefit the student even in different activities by enhancing stretching techniques by lengthening the muscles to prevent injury. Promotes flexibility and coordination. OPTIONAL Recital Show Off. Participating in the Recital requires: Purchasing a Gym Uniform  ($50) + Recital Earrings & Tights ($18) Recital Fee ($50). If not participating in the recital, Gym uniform is an optional purchase, and recital fee is not required.  


What to Wear:

  • Attire

    • ​Tight Fitted Clothing ONLY.  

    • Recommended - Leotard, Biketard, Booty Shorts, Tank Top, Biker Shorts

    • ABSOLUTELY NO - Jeans, Denim, Zippers, Non-Stretchy clothing, T-shirts, baggy clothing

    • Acceptable - Tank Top, Leggings or Tights

  • Shoes

    • ​Barefoot 

    • May be asked to bring Tennis shoes for running laps
